I have learned so much by looking at this app everyday. Thankyou.
Very good for learning. Pictures and real cases makes better learning. Comments from other people makes you think of ddx and other to solve a problem.
As a medical student, I LOVE this app. It lets me try and solve real life cases with simple vignettes. It allows medical students to interact with other health care professionals and start networking.
My only issue is that I cannot add any interests for some reason. I can click +interest as many times as I want, but they never seem to stay.
Fix that and I give it 5 stars!
Awesome visual resource for students trying to learn, understanding rare cases and discussing treatment options.
Not for the squeamish. A must have for the medical professional! This app is for serious professionals, and should be respected, as the cases in here are real patients. Continuous learning and teaching environment.
Some bad moments
Wont download and it is beyond annoying. Its downloaded to the extent that there is a blank box on my screen, and when I try to re-download it, it wont fully download, and I cant erase it. This leaves me thinking its corrupt (or my phone is messed). So Ill blame the app for now
Great to see multi-media content but can be overwhelming. Not recommended for students.
Loved this before the update. Please fix the bugs! Pictures arent loading!!
Cant use app without creating an account. Terrible and unusable for this reason.
After 2 years of figure1, I am so weary that I am not even able to click on posted html article links in figure1 (they only allow "verified users" to click on link to take you to article; God forbid you try to to post an interesting case). Weary of trying to get verified by sending 23 peer-reviewed articles (all cited in PubMed). No, not a Physician/Nurse, etc. No, not a 1st year student (all students bet verified but, alas, I am old). However old, I still think that I could potentially learn from articles posted and and maybe even contribute in my area of study as Sr. Research Scientist in Neurobiology for 10+ years at WUSM (top 2 or 3 in med schools?). Looking to delete my Figure1 account please? Cant wait for your revenue model to be replicated in new app that I can jump on.
